Summary

This study aims to understand how often and why complications occur when surgeons remove lymph nodes during lung cancer operations. Researchers will follow 1,000 patients undergoing this standard procedure to identify which factors increase risk. The goal is to gather real-world data to help doctors better predict and prevent surgical complications for future patients.
