Summary
This study looks at why certain lung cancers become resistant to targeted drugs called tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). Researchers will analyze tumor tissue from 40 patients whose cancer has stopped responding to treatment. They hope to find new genetic changes that cause resistance, which could lead to better treatments in the future.
