Summary
This study looks at side effects in people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer who get both immunotherapy (nivolumab or pembrolizumab) and palliative radiation to the chest. It follows 12 patients for up to 2 years to track radiation-related toxicities, survival, and quality of life. The goal is to better understand the safety of this common treatment combination.
