New dissection method could improve lung cancer staging

Summary
This study tests a standardized technique for finding lymph nodes in lung tissue removed during surgery. Researchers want to see if this method finds more nodes and improves cancer staging. About 160 adults with lung cancer who are having a lobectomy will take part. The goal is to help doctors make better treatment decisions.
