Blood test clues for lung cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT02551211
Summary
This study aimed to understand if immune cells found in a person's blood match those inside their lung tumor. Researchers studied 22 people with early-stage lung cancer who were scheduled for surgery. The goal was to find blood markers that could help doctors monitor a patient's immune response and decide if immunotherapy might be helpful.
