Blood test clues for lung cancer treatment?

NCT ID NCT02551211

Summary

This study aimed to understand if immune cells in the blood match those inside lung tumors. Researchers studied 22 patients with early-stage, operable lung cancer to see if a simple blood test could help doctors monitor a patient's immune response. The goal was to gather knowledge to better guide the use of new immunotherapy drugs in the future.
