Summary

This study tested a targeted drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan for adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (a HER2 mutation) and had worsened after prior platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors and control the cancer, and to understand its safety. Participants received the drug by IV every three weeks for about 14 months.
