Summary

This study tested a drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called a HER2 mutation. The 152 participants had already tried at least one prior treatment that included platinum chemotherapy. The main goal was to see how safe the drug was and how well it worked to shrink or control the cancer.
