Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise device called 'Lung Boost' could help people with interstitial lung disease (ILD), a condition that scars the lungs. Researchers worked with 40 women with ILD to see if using the device improved their breathing, reduced their tiredness, and helped them walk farther. The goal was to find a simple, practical way to ease symptoms and improve daily life for these patients.
