First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study compares a new surgical technique (IDLnR) with standard laparoscopic surgery for bowel endometriosis. About 192 women aged 18-55 with confirmed bowel endometriosis will be randomly assigned to one of the two surgeries. The goal is to see if the new method leads to better bowel function and fewer symptoms six months after surgery.
