Summary

This study looks at whether a four-week back exercise program can improve quality of life, balance, and movement control in healthy adults who sit a lot. Forty sedentary adults will be split into two groups: one does the exercises, the other gets simple ergonomic advice. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires and movement tests before and after the program.
