New training aims to ease back pain by fixing posture

Summary
This study looks at whether special exercises to correct the lower spine can improve posture awareness and balance in people with long-term low back pain. About 30 adults aged 25 to 45 with chronic pain will take part. They will be trained and tested on posture habits, pain levels, and stability to see if the training helps.
