Summary
This study looks at whether special exercises to correct the lower spine can help people with long-term low back pain feel better and move more steadily. Researchers will test 30 adults aged 25 to 45 who have had pain for over six months. The training aims to improve posture awareness and balance, which may reduce disability and pain.
