Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called LUCAR-G79D for people with lupus or inflammatory muscle disease that hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and calm overactive immune cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also monitoring how well it controls disease activity over a year.
