Personalized radiation therapy tested for Hard-to-Treat tumors
NCT ID NCT02743741
Summary
This study is testing a targeted radiation treatment called Lu-DOTATATE for patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors that have continued to grow. The treatment uses a radioactive drug that seeks out and delivers radiation directly to tumor cells. Researchers will measure how well it controls tumor growth, its side effects, and its impact on patients' quality of life.
