First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested a new drug combination for people with advanced melanoma that no longer responds to standard immunotherapy. The treatment involves injecting LTX-315 directly into tumors along with pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy drug given through the vein. The goal was to see if this approach could shrink tumors or slow the disease. The study included 23 adults with accessible tumors who had exhausted other options.
