Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called LT3001 for people who recently had an ischemic stroke (caused by a blood clot). Researchers compared LT3001 against a placebo in 89 patients to see if it was safe and could help improve recovery. The drug was given within 24 hours of stroke symptoms starting, alongside standard medical care.
