Summary
This study tested a single dose of the experimental drug LT3001 in 24 adults who had an acute ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a blood clot). The main goal was to see if the drug is safe and does not cause dangerous bleeding in the brain. Participants received either LT3001 or a placebo within 24 hours of their stroke symptoms starting.
