New drug combo aims to fight Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage trial tests an investigational drug called LRK-4189, alone or with standard chemotherapy, in adults with advanced solid tumors (especially colorectal cancer) that have not responded to prior treatment. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 120 participants will take the drug daily for up to 3 years and have weekly clinic visits.
