New drug LP-284 enters human testing for tough cancers

Summary
This early-phase trial tests an experimental drug called LP-284 in about 110 adults whose lymphomas or solid tumors have come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shrinks tumors. Researchers will also monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
