First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tested an oral drug called LOXO-305 in 87 Chinese adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or non-Hodgkin lymphoma whose cancer had returned or not responded to prior treatments. The main goal was to see how many patients had their tumors shrink or disappear. The drug is taken as a pill and is designed to block a protein that helps cancer cells grow. Participation lasted up to four years.
