First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental pill called LOXO-260 in about 70 adults whose cancers (such as certain lung or thyroid cancers) have a specific RET gene change and have stopped responding to other targeted therapies. The main goals are to find a safe dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. Participation may last up to 2 years or longer if the cancer remains stable.
