Summary
This study aims to find the safest, most effective dose of an immune-suppressing drug (cyclophosphamide) given after a stem cell transplant. It involves 26 patients aged 65 and older with blood cancers. Researchers are testing whether a lower dose can reduce side effects while still preventing the donor cells from attacking the patient's body.
