Summary
This study aims to find the safest, most effective dose of an immune-suppressing drug (cyclophosphamide) for patients aged 65 and older who receive a stem cell transplant for blood cancers. Researchers want to see if a lower dose can still prevent complications from the transplant while potentially reducing side effects. Participants will be followed for one year to monitor their health, heart function, and daily living abilities.
