Summary

This study is testing if using a lower dose of a chemotherapy drug (cyclophosphamide) after a bone marrow transplant can reduce side effects while still effectively preventing a dangerous complication where donor cells attack the patient's body. It is for adults aged 18-85 with blood cancers who are older or less fit for standard high-intensity transplant procedures. The goal is to make the transplant process safer and more tolerable for these patients.
