Blood test may allow safer radiation for throat cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that measures HPV levels can help doctors safely give lower doses of radiation to people with HPV-related throat cancer. About 45 participants will receive either lower-dose radiation plus chemotherapy or the standard dose. The goal is to see if the lower dose works just as well while causing fewer side effects.
