Can cutting sulfur from your diet quiet Crohn's symptoms?
NCT ID NCT05849012
Summary
This study is testing whether a low sulfur diet can help reduce persistent symptoms like pain and diarrhea in people with Crohn's disease who are in remission. Twenty participants will be randomly assigned to follow either the special diet or their usual diet for eight weeks, with support from study nutritionists. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, gut health, and how easy the diet is to follow.
