Blood cancer patients monitored for years on drug therapy

Summary
This study follows 36 Italian adults with polycythemia vera, a blood cancer, who have been responding well to the drug Ropeginterferon alfa-2b for at least two years. Researchers will check every six months whether their red blood cell levels stay controlled and the disease does not worsen. The goal is to see how well the drug works over the long term.
