Light mask offers new hope for stubborn dry eye in Graves' patients
NCT ID NCT07332988
First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special light mask (low-level light therapy) can improve dry eye symptoms in adults with Graves' eye disease who haven't gotten relief from standard eye drops. Thirty participants will either receive the real light treatment or a sham (fake) treatment. The main goal is to see if the light therapy helps keep the tear film stable for longer, which would mean less dryness and discomfort.
