Summary

This study tests a special light mask (low-level light therapy) for adults with dry eye disease caused by Graves' eye problems that haven't improved with standard drops. The treatment uses light to support the oil glands in the eyelids and reduce inflammation. Researchers will measure tear stability and symptom relief over 3 months.
