Summary

This study tests if low-level laser therapy (LLLT) combined with patient education can reduce lower back pain. About 60 adults with moderate to severe pain will receive different frequencies of laser treatment. Researchers will measure pain changes using a standard pain scale. The goal is to find a drug-free way to ease back pain.
