NCT ID NCT07277244
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This pilot study tests whether a gentler breathing machine approach during robotic surgery can reduce lung collapse and breathing problems after surgery. About 60 adults having planned robotic surgery will be randomly assigned to either the gentler ventilation or standard care. The study focuses on whether this approach is feasible and if it improves lung function right after surgery.
