NCT ID NCT07266961
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at 60 women aged 60 and older to see if a lighter exercise with blood flow restriction could improve heart and lung fitness as well as a moderate workout. Both methods led to similar gains in fitness and effort levels. The gentler approach may be safer for older adults while still providing benefits.
