NCT ID NCT07221318

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a low-frequency vibrating mat for 15 minutes a few times a week can help healthy adults ages 18-45 recover from stress, sleep better, and improve mood and attention. Fifty participants will be split into two groups: one uses the mat, the other rests quietly. Researchers will measure heart activity, brain waves, and ask about sleep and feelings to see if the mat makes a difference.
