First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether a low-frequency vibrating mat can improve stress recovery, sleep quality, mood, and attention in healthy adults aged 18-45. Participants are randomly assigned to use the mat at home for 15 minutes several times a week, or to lie quietly without vibration. Researchers measure heart rate variability, brain activity, and self-reported feelings to see if the mat makes a difference.
