NCT ID NCT07526701
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a low-field MRI (0.23-T) could be safely used to scan the brains of 36 patients who were on a heart-lung machine after a cardiac arrest. The goal was to see if the scan could be done without causing serious problems and to find signs of brain injury. The results help doctors understand how to better care for these critically ill patients.
