Summary
This study tests whether a low dose of sirolimus (rapamycin) can improve overall health and quality of life in adults with Long COVID. About 80 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if sirolimus helps reduce lingering symptoms after a COVID-19 infection.
