Summary

This study is testing whether a low dose of the drug semaglutide can help obese adults lose weight and improve their heart health. The trial will include 60 Pakistani adults who are obese but do not have diabetes. Participants will receive weekly injections and lifestyle advice for 24 weeks to see how much weight they lose.
