First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a combination of two drugs—selinexor and choline salicylate—in 22 adults with certain blood cancers (lymphoma, multiple myeloma, or histiocytic/dendritic cell tumors) that have come back or not responded to prior treatment. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. This is not a cure; it aims to control the disease.
