NCT ID NCT05430152
First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a low dose of the drug naltrexone (LDN) can help reduce fatigue, pain, and other symptoms in people with Post-COVID fatigue syndrome. 160 adults who had COVID-19 at least 3 months earlier took either LDN or a placebo for several weeks. The goal was to see if LDN improves energy, activity levels, and quality of life, and if it lowers inflammation in the blood.
