Summary
This study compares two non-drug pain treatments—low-level laser therapy and TENS—for shoulder pain in people who have had a stroke. Researchers want to see which works better for pain, arm function, quality of life, sleep, and fatigue. The study will include 45 adults with moderate to severe shoulder pain that started between 2 weeks and 6 months after their stroke.
