Laser or TENS: which eases Post-Stroke shoulder pain better?

Summary
This study compares two pain-relief methods—low-level laser therapy and TENS—for people with shoulder pain after a stroke. About 45 adults with moderate to severe pain will receive one of the treatments to see which works better. The goal is to reduce pain, improve arm function, and boost quality of life.
