Could a Low-Dose immune therapy improve autism symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07589842
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a low-dose immune treatment (ILT-101) in 22 children aged 6 to 8 with moderate to severe autism. The children's mothers had an immune condition during pregnancy. The goal is to see if the drug can boost certain immune cells (Tregs) and improve social and behavioral symptoms. This is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is safety and immune response, not a cure.
