Summary
This study tests whether low-load exercise combined with blood flow restriction cuffs can reduce pain, improve hamstring strength, and lessen disability in people with chronic low back pain. About 44 adults aged 18-45 with pain lasting over 12 weeks will participate. The goal is to find a gentler alternative to heavy lifting for back pain relief.
