First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a gentle exercise method using blood flow restriction cuffs on the legs to see if it can reduce pain, improve hamstring strength, and help daily function in people with long-term low back pain. About 44 adults aged 18–45 with pain lasting over 12 weeks will take part. The approach aims to offer a low-strain alternative to traditional strength training.
