Summary
This study tests if a low-protein diet (low in branched-chain amino acids) combined with an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1) is safe and effective for people with stage III melanoma. About 80 participants will receive the diet and drug before surgery. Researchers will monitor side effects, tumor shrinkage, and long-term outcomes like survival.
