New hope for lung cancer patients whose tumors outsmart First-Line drugs

Summary
This study tests a drug called lorlatinib in people with a rare, advanced lung cancer (ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer) that stopped responding to initial targeted therapy. About 54 participants will receive lorlatinib to see if it can shrink tumors and delay cancer growth. The goal is to provide a new treatment option after standard drugs stop working.
