Summary
This study tests the drug lorlatinib in people with a specific type of lung cancer (ALK-positive) that has spread to the brain or the lining of the brain and spinal cord. The goal is to see how well the drug shrinks these brain tumors. About 41 adults will take part, and the study is currently active but not recruiting new participants.
