Nasal device offers long-term hope for kids with weak muscles and sleep troubles

Summary
This study looks at how well a special nasal tube works over a long period for children with weak muscle tone (hypotonia) who have obstructive sleep apnea. About 40 children who already used the device in earlier studies will continue using it. Researchers will check if the device keeps the airway open during sleep and if children tolerate it well.
