NCT ID NCT06833281
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study was designed to see if taking SPG302 daily for a long time is safe and helps slow Alzheimer's in people with mild-to-moderate symptoms. Only 12 people who had already been in an earlier SPG302 study were eligible. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
